When we don't watch over our garden and take care of it, weeds
start growing and eventually our flowers die out similarly when we keep accumulating negative thoughts, stress energies we start accumulating negative programmes within us which affects our mental well being. We feed our minds with unintentional things on daily basis either consciously or subconsciously, which we allow in and they change us in ways that shape our lives and we are not aware of . When we make conscious choices to feed our mind with positive thoughts and creative ideas we boost our brain health. You are never too old to learn. If you stop learning your brain starts dying. And if your brain is not kept alive and stimulated life can become very boring and dull.Life is meant to be lived, to explore, to learn and to share. Sharing your knowledge is one of the greatest gifts a person can give. And, as you teach, you will find yourself learning. When you take small steps to work on your mental health, these small changes will add up in one very big way. You will become more in control of your thoughts. You will become more in command of your environment. And you will be more conscious of the ways that you can elevate your life and find new opportunities for improvement.
